Hi guys when i make negative adjustment from item journal this message error show "you must specify inventory adjmt.account in general posting setup gen.bus.posting group ="" gen.prod.posting group ="amy12"

why this error show and how i solve it.

Hi Ahmed

Just wondering if you have any of the manuals or training available, i am quite happy to keep helping you however it must be pretty frustrating for you trying to learn the system like this, if you work through the manuals or attend some NAV training it would become a lot easier

To answer your question it is looking for the GL posting account for adjustments, if you can find it by searching for "Posting Setup"

Then filling in the inventory adjustment account for the combination in the message
