I have a vendor invoice stuck in workflow for 70 days, i ran tutorial workflow processor but it shows no records are in queue, I recreated the workflow jobs from workflow infrastructure wizard and also restarted the batch server. But still the workflow is in pending state. what could be the issue. f1

Have you checked the workflow history through the respective button?
Can you identify whether the workflows hangs somewhere because a user did not approve or is the workflow interrupted because of an error?
