Unable to create workflow batch jobs

Hi.
 
I am trying to run the Workflow infrastructure configuration job to activate workflow batch jobs.
 
 
However, when I run the job, no batch jobs are being created.
 
Any suggestions? I am system admin in the environment

    Hi Gaute,

    In your screenshot, the Batch group fields are disabled for editing. This happens when records for the workflow jobs are found in the Batch table. Maybe the batch jobs were created initially in a different language or someone earlier created manually the workflow batches in a completely different batch job. 
     
    In case these fields are disabled, existing records are being updated and no new batch jobs are created.

    Creating batch jobs manually worked. Does anyone have any idea why the wizard is not working?

    Did you try to create manually those jobs:
    Workflow message processing -> class SysWorkflowMessageQueueManager
    Workflow due date processing -> class WorkflowWorkItemDueDateJob
    Workflow line item notification -> class SysWorkflowNotificationManager
    It should do the same as wizard above

    Dear,

    Please ensure you follow these steps.

    Configure Workflow Infrastructure:
    • Go to System Administration → Workflow → Workflow infrastructure configuration.
    • Click OK.
    Access Batch Jobs:
    • Go to System Administration → Inquiries → Batch jobs.
    Filter and Update Jobs:
    • Filter by job descriptions that contain "Workflow".
    • Change the status from Withhold to Waiting for the following jobs:
      1. Workflow due date processing
      2. Workflow line item notifications
      3. Workflow message processing

    These are the only batch jobs containing the word "workflow". As you can see, batch jobs such as "Workflow line item notifications" does not exist

    Are there already existing batch jobs in the application for the workflow, maybe with a hold or ended state?
