Code for a Particular requirement in 'BC'-AL

Hello all,

My requirement is

creating two fields like /Work Description(Blob Data type)/ in Sales Order.

In one field we need to enter the string , when we enter the string in the first field

in the second field the string must filter and Vowels(A.E,I,O,U) must show in second field....

Can someone help me write the code for this requirement and help me understand the code written
