Good day,

A colleague of mine as well as another user were using the above window to check the same item at the same time. Neither was able to view a specific transaction, I checked and saw the transaction after, this was the next day. the user is insisting multiple users cannot view the same information, at the same time.

I told the user that was not possible, this I would like someone to confirm and/or deny.

Unfortunately we have history that needs to be archived and if it is an item with a lot of transactions it will take a bit to load.

Thank you for your response and confirmation. As I mentioned to the user if the same 'issue' comes up they should let me know since I think they were trying to access something they may not have had access to.

Hi Rosemary

You should be able to see the transaction in the Inquiry window for multiple users at the same time.

Editing the same transaction should not be possible though, but it should give a warning message if you try.
