Send Newsletter to CRM Users (not Contacts/Leads/Accounts)

Hi,

So, in D365 CE, we can send Marketing Newsletters to only Leads/Contacts/Accounts by using Quick Campaigns.

We can also add only Leads/Contacts/Contacts to a Marketing List.

Is there any way in D365 CE/D365 Marketing where we can send marketing emails to CRM users [ as in the systemuser]?

Thank you Mehdi.

I did go through Ryan's workaround and it doesn't suit our requirements :(

We cannot have any contacts/leads in our system with @company.com domain; to avoid email tracking in our system.

I was thinking if there's any alternative approach
