Getting an Error Message When Trying to Access My Projects

I was working in Customer Voice deleting several surveys and I got an error that Customer Voice was unable to delete a survey. When I tried reloading the page, I am getting an error message that says "Your account is not enabled for Dynamics 365 Customer Voice" and to contact my Administrator for access. I was able to sign out and sign back in successfully and after deleting several surveys again, I got an error message and now again I am unable to sign back in.
