I was working in Customer Voice deleting several surveys and I got an error that Customer Voice was unable to delete a survey. When I tried reloading the page, I am getting an error message that says "Your account is not enabled for Dynamics 365 Customer Voice" and to contact my Administrator for access. I was able to sign out and sign back in successfully and after deleting several surveys again, I got an error message and now again I am unable to sign back in. Here are the technical details. Getting an Error Message When Trying to Access My Projects
Check if your Customer Voice license is still assigned. Clear your cache and try again. If it persists, contact your admin or Microsoft support with the session ID.
