How to cancel an issued reminder in NAV 2017?

Hello guys,
 
do you have any idea how I can cancel an issued reminder?
 
There is no action for this in our NAV version.
 
I thought I could do this by first deleting the issued reminder and then using the /Update reminder text/ function to change the reminder level for the new reminder.
 
However, this only worked in the header of the reminder, the old reminder level remained in the line and level 2 was still displayed in the customer ledger entry.
