Charts with "ME" vs. the Company

Hi,

I'm trying to modify the OOO chart builder for a sales person to see their stats vs. the group, entire data pool used in the View for the Chart. So, I'm looking for a bar chart with 2 horizontal axis that compares the user logged into CRM statistics to the whole company? See an example below although this is showing percentages, its still a good example of what I'm trying to be able to display within a Dashboard. Is this possible OOO or can XRM Toolbox Chart Editor do this? Any help is much appreciated!

Kindly explain more in details for e.g. what entities you are trying to involve here and also what group by clauses you need ( if any).

hopefully will be able to help.

    Hi,

An easy example of what I am trying to accomplish is with the opportunity entity. I want to show by month the last 12 months of My won opportunities by revenue vs. all won opportunities by revenue. I have a different revenue field I use other than Actual Revenue. For example, if I'm a sales rep and log into the CRM to see this dashboard, I want to see how I am doing compared to the rest of the team within the same chart.

Another more complicated example of a chart I need to do is also with the opportunity entity. I'd like to calculate Pull Through Percentages of Lead Conversions based on certain stages. This would have the same type of comparison (my won vs. all won in the last 12 months), but be based on a calculation of opportunities that have hit a certain stage according to the data in a field. But, this would be more complicated because I do not know how to incorporate a calculation into the data. For example, if there are 100 opportunities created this month for the company with 20 of them with me as the owner AND: 20 are in stage #1 (4 of mine are in this stage), 40 are in stage #2 (8 of mine are in this stage), 15 are in stage #3 (3 of mine are in this stage), 10 are in stage #4 (2 of mine are in this stage), & 15 have closed as a win (3 of mine are in this stage). Now, I want to see the percentage of opportunities that make it to stage #3 only with 2 bars (one that represents the company's percentage of originated leads this month making it to stage #3 compared to MY percentage). So, in this example I should see a bar chart that shows the company is at 15% to stage#3 for April opportunities & I am at 15% for my April opportunities so I'm on track. I would use this same report for last 12 months, but wanted to show you a quick example.

Here is an example of the first chart I explained above for a better visual. I would want one of the colors to be MY revenue by month and the other to be the company/team's total revenue for the month. I think if you can help me with the logic/xml I would need to use for these items I can incorporate the correct fields.
