Up until about 2 months ago, I have been able to save any and all of my Customer Journeys as a template, now suddenly none of my journeys - old, new, live, draft - will Save as Template. Doing this action creates a Template with the correct name etc, but when I go in to the Template, it is blank: it just has the segment block of a swim lane (but with no segment added) and nothing else. Does anyone know why this is happening? It's a serious drain on resources having to create new Journeys from scratch each time!
