Hi experts,
 
I want to run campaign in D365F&O (Sales & Marketing module) for our customers to be emailed that we are offering discounts on some products, can anyone please help me?
 
Is it possible through campaign in D365F&O, how it can be configured? any document reference please.

    I found an official document for you on how to make your marketing campaigns successful by creating, distributing, and assigning planning and campaign activities in Dynamics 365 Sales: Add activity to campaign in in-app marketing | Microsoft Learn.

    I would suggest looking at the Dynamics AX 2012 documentation for this topic. Conduct campaign overview | Microsoft Learn 
     
    Note that the link shared by Kevin is written for Dynamics 365 Sales which is another solution and does not work the same as the features in Dynamics 365 F&O.
