How to create a d365 link where this link will have two lookup fields as a query string parameter.?

Hi,

Here is an article about this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/set-field-values-using-parameters-passed-form.

Here is what I've tested with my custom entity with Account lookup field

&extraqs=cr418_account={68a6e336-2fec-e911-a82d-000d3a1f0e62}&cr418_accountname=test 4

Don't forget to Encode symbols such as spaces

&extraqs=cr418_account%3D%7b68a6e336-2fec-e911-a82d-000d3a1f0e62%7d%26cr418_accountname%3Dtest%204

And result is
