I have a single POS terminal with 2 workers
Worker A -> Opens a shift-> Performs transactions->Log off from POS
Worker B->Resumes existing shift ->Performs transactions->Log off from POS
What I need is that Worker B should not get the option to resume existing shift. The only option for Worker B should be "Open new shift".
I have already disabled the POS permissions:
Allow multiple shift logon
Allow use shared shift
Still the Worker B is getting the option to resume existing shift.
Hi, please, make sure your worker is not marked as 'Manager permissions' - otherwise he was all permissions enabled, even if you disable them
