I am using Dynamics365FO, version 10.
I configured Sales Pick Menu : User Directed
Worker: Selected all options
Configured Work Exceptions for Short pick too
I am unable to see the Short Pick Button.
I feel the Short Pick Button and Skip button are by default at the time of Picking.
Can anybody please help me?
I created a support ticket with Microsoft, and it took them a couple of days but they finally figured out why short pick was not displaying. In the short pick button code you are not allowed to have the Default Receipt location the same as your work pick location( this included the other highlight fields below too) Default production finished Goods or Default Kanban finished goods Locations.
Found that if "Pick and Pack" is set to Yes in mobile device menu item, then "Short Pick" button is not available
Please create a new menu item as below for Sales Picking and let me know if it makes any difference. Thank you.

Can you please also set up a worker to use short pick / manual item reallocation ?
Go to Warehouse management > Setup > Worker.
Click Edit. In the list, select worker . Expand the Work fastTab.
Select 'Yes' in the Allow manual item reallocation field.

You mean you are not able to see the shot pick tab in the warehouse app on the pick screen.
See below screenshot. It should be there.
Can you share your screenshot so that it helps me analyse.
