When I attempt to setup the email for a GP2016 client, I am logged in as SA
I can select EXCHANGE in the System Preference window
1 - I then enter the user email - n.mainname@company1.com
2 - I enter the password - used to open OUTLOOK.OFFICE365.com account
3 - I then click on Advanced - and enter the NETWORK login = COMP\nmainname ( format - Domain\UserName )

Repeat 1, 2 and change the Advanced user name - nmainname ( format UserName )

Repeat 1 but I change to n.mainname@onmicrosoft.com - then 2 and 3 from first pass

Repeat 1 from above but change the Advanced Name - COMP\nmainname

So, I think I have run all the combinations - and nothing works. When I close out ( no matter where last error ) always get message that "Cannot Connect to MAPI ........" even though when I check the System Preference are set to EXCHANGE.
Yes I have restarted GP
Yes I have rebooted the Workstation
Yes I have tried on 4 different workstation, as 4 different user, 2 different companies
Yes I have repeated the prior step on the SERVER connected as the DOMAIN ADMIN
Yes, logged in as SA
At a loss - I have made this work on many other machines, but I seem to be missing something, or there is a setting I am missing.
