Is anyone doing a CE<>F&O project using CDS?

Wondering if CDS is capable of handling volume in a production environment.  Our experience so far has been in sandbox environments only and the CDS integrations are painfully slow.  Any experts out there that have fully implemented the CDS solution that could share your experience?  Thanks in advance!

    Hi Frank,

    Are you referring to the Dual write or the Dynamics Integrator? What exact entities are you syncing here?

    We're using Dynamics Integrator Andre.  We're using the Prospect to Cash - all templates and are considering use of the Field Service Integrator but don't want to go too far down the CDS path if performance will be an issue.  We're looking at sync'ing about 750 Sales quotes, 750 Sales orders from CE to F&O and 750 invoices from F&O to CE daily, each with 50+ lines.  Our experience so far is it can take 2-3 minutes to sync one quote or sales order from CE to F&O and are wondering if this is typical of what others are seeing performance-wise.  We haven't been able to test in volume yet to tell if there's a base-line latency in CDS, i.e., is it possible that where it take 2-3 minutes to sync one record, might it be 5 minutes to sync 50.

    Hi Frank,

    It is using the batch framework in Dynamics 365. I don't think this should take this amount of time. You can try to do some monitoring or if you don't have customizations, try to create an incident for Microsoft support.
