How to print the description key in the line section

Hi everyone,

I had faced one problem which is I don't know how to print the description key in the line (Condition: Only show the description and other columns are empty)as below in picture below:

Can anyone help me out about this?
How to write out the coding?

    I did not understand your requirement, are you referring to the report ? what do you mean by "Description Key"
