Images in notes are not showing in Word Template

Hi everyone,

I'm using Dynamics Customer Engagement Online. I had uploaded a Word Template that pulls pictures from notes. It was working as expected, but suddenly it stops showing the photos. It brings the image object but is blank.

I'm using Word Version 1910 (Build 12130.20272)

Any thoughts?

Did you find the root cause for that? Did you do find any resolutions for that? Or any alternative resolution.

I also faced issue when we uploaded that template to pull pictures the document body getting null. I already check just to create simple template to display Document body as a Plain Text or Image both but both get blank. If You find any alternative or any solutions Please Let me know it Might help.
