How can I Add a custom Field service status here in the field service status lookup

    Hi Daniyal3165,

    The 'field service status' field is not a lookup field, it's one option set field, which using Existing Option Set--Booking System Status.

    You can go settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Option Sets to find Booking System Status to add options you need:

    Hi James.

    You should not customize this field. Field Service has some logic behind it. I will impact the work order.

    You can add "Work Order Sub Status" or "Booking Status" to help you with your process.
