Lookup error: the table 'DirPartyTable' does not exist as a root FormDataSource

Hi I created a lookup (copy of HcmWorkerLookup) and when I try to open the Drop Down on a Form I get the following error:

Could not process the lookupRecord value on the Args instance. The table 'DirPartyTable' does not exist as a root FormDataSource for the form 'TemporaryFormName'.

When I just open the LookupForm itself all data is shown as I need it

No...I don't need this. I just have a lookup field as a filter on the form and a modified method on the Dropdown to change the query for the data. But the problem occurs when I would like to open the new lookup from the filter field

    Hi

the new lookupForm (Copy from HcmWorker)  is changed so that it only shows worker related to a commission trans record and not all workers. it is used on a custom form I created that hold the following tables: CustInvoiceJour, commissiontrans, CustTrans and custtransopen

    Hi Chris

Can you give us more details?

You use the new Lookup form from a standard form or from another custom form?

Which Datasources are used on the startup form ?
