Hi Everyone,

we are not accessing RTC in nav 2013 r2 by a user which is in usergroup.shows this error :

you donot have access to microsoft Dynamics NAV .Verify that you have been set up as a valid user in microsoft Dynamics NAV

i added a usergroup in RTC with license type windows group ,and i am accessing by the user which is in the usergroup.

Did you add the user account as a user in RTC?
