Hi,

There was an upgrade to Dynamics about a month ago and we have noticed since then that the option to select the top record in a view (leads opportunities or contacts) then dragging down to select multiple records in the view appears to have gone?

Is anyone aware if this is expected behaviour or is it a bug?

It was a very handy function to select multiple though not all leads in a view. Now, we have to click each individually to select them.

The feature is now available.

Please check if there is an update for the version you're using.

Hi,

Just off a call with Microsoft about this issue.

The fix is to select the top record, then hold down the Shift key and drag and then select the bottom record.
