Mailing address field locked in User Record

Hello,

   I am new to field service and I set up a user under Active user in Microsoft admin center. I gave the user Basic user role and Field Service Resource role.  I navigate to the user record to set the mailing address and its locked out. Also ,I tried setting up the address under contact information in Office 365 but no success. Could anyone help me out ,why this field is auto locked?

    Hi,

    You should edit user's information in the Form.

    Please navigate to Setting->Users->Details  in the Field Service, as the following screenshot shows:
