User/Role association disappearing

Hi all

Being an expert on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation apparently does not make you an export on Dynamics 365 Marketing :-)

We have just deployed a D365 Marketing and D365 Sales environment and for a couple of users that are not Administrators we added a few Marketing roles:

- Marketing Professional - Business (WSI) : a custom copy of Marketing Professional - Business

- Marketing Business App Access

- LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms Connector Administrator

The first two are working as expected but the third one keeps disappearing each day. When we add it the functionality round the role is working fine, but the next day the relationship with the users are gone. I should mention that the two users we assign this role are external/guest users in our AD.

Anyone know how to retain this relationship?

Do your external users have an active assigned Marketing and the Sales/Linkdln subscriptions?

Hi Fabio

Thanks for your reply. Not sure what you mean by "Marketing and the Sales/Linkdln subscriptions". They all have a Dynamics 365 Marketing User License assigned in the M365 Admin portal, if that is what you asking?
