Is your issue resolved, if so please verify the solution.
You required to have a developer license in order to do any modifications related to NAV. Since you are a end user company most probably your company will not have a developer license. Therefore you required to go through a Dynamics NAV partner to do any modifications to your system.
As mohana said please do open a new thread for your new question and do verify the answers.

Hi there, even if i'll go to page view on nav 2013 r2, I can't find it from design view, why is it in our new build up database has no particular record, but our demo data base i can find it. Thank you.
