Retail server and channel databases in local Hyper-V D365FO trial environment

Hi All,

I have local Hyper-V D365FO trial environment version 10.0.0.13 and Doing some research on Commerce module. I cannot see the retail channel database on the virtual machine. Does it come by default or we need to initialize it.. how?

    Yes, you are right. In UAT and PROD ENV, it need use RCSU and RSSU to save channel data and sync to HQ.

    Is this recommended in real life scenario to have channel tables in AXDB? In AX2012 this was not an option i guess. Retail tables where always in separate database.

    Hi,

    In onebox ENV, the AX DB is also include the channel DB. These table which start with ax. or crt. are the channel tables.
