How to sync Resource Bookings in Field service with MS Outlook

We are trying to Sync Field Services Bookings to Outlook Calendar following the documentation provided by MS but no luck,

Below are steps I have done for setting up Outlook Integration with Field Service to set this up in the system

Login to Dynamics 365 Field Service environment as a “Administrator”.
Next, go to Settings > Administration > System Settings > Synchronization and check to Synchronize resource bookings with Outlook.

I have also checked the Synchronize resource bookings with Outlook checkbox in user profile as well but still, no bookings are appearing inside Calendar.

Hi Ehsan,

Are you using Online Exchange or on-premises?

Do you have the Outlook connector app installed?

I believe that Synchronize resource bookings with Outlook has been or is going to be deprecated by Microsoft

This feature is deprecated but you can create/update events in Exchange using Power Automate Flows, as and when Booking gets updated. Have a look at this fantastic solution: daytodaydynamics365.com/.../ - we have used it and it works fine.
