We are trying to Sync Field Services Bookings to Outlook Calendar following the documentation provided by MS but no luck,
Below are steps I have done for setting up Outlook Integration with Field Service to set this up in the system
- Login to Dynamics 365 Field Service environment as a “Administrator”.
- Next, go to Settings > Administration > System Settings > Synchronization and check to Synchronize resource bookings with Outlook.
I have also checked the Synchronize resource bookings with Outlook checkbox in user profile as well but still, no bookings are appearing inside Calendar.
