Hi everyone,
After installed Dynamics 365 / Outlook app for synchronization, the Dynamics 365 pane button from the home tab in Outlook is missing for samo users. Even if the Dynamics 365 tab in outlook exist.
Does anyone who can help with this issue?

The user who is missing the Dynamics 365 pane button, is missing also the Dynamics 365 option in Manage Add-ins:
If we reinstal the Dynamics 365/Outlook App for synchronization will resolve the issue?

Here are some common causes for the app to not display:
support.microsoft.com/.../dynamics-365-app-for-outlook-does-not-appear-within-outlook
The app should show up both in OWA and also in Outlook. I would suggest to check in OWA for the user to see if the app is present there as there could be other causes for the app to not show in Outlook like the optional connected experiences being disabled. That will help narrow down if the issue is with Outlook or if the app is not showing for the mailbox at all.
