Is there any information on how to export segment members to excel in RTJ? If so - how? As we are trainging new employees I would prefer to use the correct method going forward.

Export members from a segment to excel-spreadsheet

Hi there,

The way to export segment members would be to use filters in either the contact tab or the leads tab. You should be able to use the same parameters as your segment in either one of these areas in RT and can export to Excel too.

Hi,

as far as I know there is currently no functionality to export contacts from RTM segments via Excel. It's currently still different than in Outbound Marketing.
