How can I make the default lookup place to be both "Users" and "All Security Teams" in these places? By default it searchs for users "Teams" and "Users" I need it to be "Users" and "All Security Teams"
--When manually assigning a record or sharing a record using the built-in form, the default options list doesn't pick up some group team types such as Microsoft Entra ID. You can edit the filter on the default lookup view of the teams table so that it includes these groups.
Based on your needs, you can select only security group in team type when you edit the view.
