Hi friends,

The process of arrival overview in inventory management,

after found return sales order and need to given the disposition code in lines.

From my screen, disposition code drop down box seems disable.

please find me the solution to enable the disposition code.

Create a return order->send RMA number to Customer->Process Arrival overview->Select Disposition and post item arrival journal->Post product receipt returned->Sales invoice.

From memory, when you Start Arrival, you create an Item arrival journal. Go to the Item Arrival Journal, open the lines and put the Disposition code on each line.

Ah, point 8 here describes:

technet.microsoft.com/.../gg231128.aspx

and it also says you cannot enter a disposition code if the quarantine management tickbox is ticked.
