We are happy to announce that we released "Unknown to known" and first two geographies - USA and Europe - to public preview.
"Unknown to known" feature helps customers to recognize web events from previously authenticated visitors. To learn more click here.
Multi-geo functionality allows customers to select where their data will be kept geographically once Engagement Insights collects it from the site or mobile devices. In this release we support USA and Europe but we are working hard on adding more geographies. To learn more click here.
