
Do the Knowledge Articles in MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub have the below capabilities:
i.e. can we use these articles externally and get the same functionality as we can internally to create a knowledge base for our customers?

The portal can help you solve the problem, it is external-facing websites that allow users outside their organizations to sign in with a wide variety of identities, create and view data in Microsoft Dataverse, or even browse content anonymously.
