Can the Knowledge base be viewed externally?

Do the Knowledge Articles in MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub have the below capabilities:

  1. be viewed externally by non Dynamics users 
  2. feedback from non Dynamics users
  3. capture analytics from non Dynamics users

i.e. can we use these articles externally and get the same functionality as we can internally to create a knowledge base for our customers?

    Hi Sarah,

    The portal can help you solve the problem, it is external-facing websites that allow users outside their organizations to sign in with a wide variety of identities, create and view data in Microsoft Dataverse, or even browse content anonymously.
