Environment issues, partner not supporting

We have a hosted dynamics 2016 system. We have not updated our code since early September. On Tues 17 Nov our system began to fail. My developers says its down to the hosting company to fix this however they wont assist us. The hosting company are a microsoft partner. How do i make them fix this or take this further and complain?
