Go to https://make.powerapps.com and select your Environment. - Flows. However, if you are not familiar with how to use it I would suggest you start looking at all the free training resource that's out there. It seems to me from your last few posts you are trying to run before you can crawl as they say.

You can create a Flow for each Activity table (Phone Calls, Email, Appointments, Tasks etc.) Depending on what you define as an 'update' will need to be set within the When a row is added, modified or deleted Action Filter rows - If you are familiar with Flow you can set Trigger Conditions on the Trigger Action under Settings
