Ax 2012 Retail receipt margin

I have issue with retail receipt left and top margin which make the receipt shifted to right and down, i reviewed -almost- all threads in community which related in the same issue but i didn't found clear and "in order" steps to follow for non developer person, i need just sample, ordered and clear steps to remove this margin

My version is AX 2012 CU12
Any help is highly appreciated

hi,

Use whole canvas to make receipt, automatically problem will resolve.
