Customer Voice integrated in customer journey

I want to integrate a customer voice survey so the contacts who answer the survey adds to a new segment using the "have submitted" a certain evaluation when I create my segment. But when I integrate this in an customer voice the marketing respondents don't add as members in my new segment. Is there anyone who knows why this happend? Is it something that I need to turn on or certain things I need to do before my customer journey are able to feel that a certain contact have submitted the form and will be a part of my new segment?

    Thanks a lot! Have done all that but even the if/then triggers in the journey don't feel that the contact have submitted the form. So it feels like there is some tracking missing. Do you by any chance know what is wrong? :) Thanks!

    Is sendt = sent? If so, that's not the same as submitted.
