Dear All,

I have manually prepared the page the name as 'Purchase Line Details Archieve'. But this page showing the all records...Here I want to see the max version no records only .

Please have a look in the screenshot. You can understand my exact issue.

I want to show the higher version here. How to do that.?

Archive line has "Version No." & Archive Header has "No. of Archived Versions" just compare "Version No." = "No. of Archived Versions" you need to write proper code and you can get filter only the last no version no.

    Thanks,

    Indika.

As Mohana suggested create Query in system and use that query to display the records.
