EFT User Settings

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

Just trying to figure where in GP do you enable the setting for "Credit Approved for EFT Transactions" check box. I have a new user that I created but they're not able to uncheck this box.

    Hi Justin,

The full window is the EFT Creditor Setup. I've copied the same access from another user that is able to uncheck that option, but the new user is not able. I can't find anywhere in the user settings where I can enable this.

    Thanks,

    Hello HBSydney,

I am just be in the wrong window, but I am not seeing the checkbox you have highlighted.

I would check to see if you have any customizations or third parties, as they would likely have their own permissions that may be playing a part.

If you could send me a screenshot (or just type out) the name at the top of the window so I can make sure I am on the same window, that would help too!
