Error Message is:
All statements of this store are having the same error, error occurred suddenly.
"The Posted Statement Line already exists. Identification fields and values: Statement No.='SP20110000129',Line No.='10000'"

We haven't done any customization for statement posting, the strange thing is that this err is only affecting one store, all other stores statement are posting fine, unfortunately i don't know how to use the active debugger, if you have any manual or walk-through video for it i would really appreciate that.

Have you done any customization for statement posting ? Activate debugger and check where you are getting error
