Hi All,

Is it possible to integrate CRM on-premise version with yammer?

if yes ,Please guide me or suggest links in this regard.

Hi,

you can integrate yammer with CRM.

Go to settings -->Administration -->Yammer Configuration.

and then follow instructions to configure.

Thanks Mahadeo for your precise answer, but I was worried about below link:

docs.microsoft.com/.../dn850385(v=crm.8)

And For Authorization of yammer while configuring from CRM D 365, it is giving option only like 'Authorize Microsoft Dynamics 365 online to connect Yammer', not mentioning Onpremise as well.

According to this article provided by Microsoft, Yammer is available for 9.X on-premise.

This article also provides steps to connect to Yammer.

Hi LeoAlt,

Thanks for replying, as in the above screen shot mentioned that organization should buy enterprise yammer package before configuring.

As it's available in office 365 E3 and E5 plan whereas in onpremise there will not be office 365 so let me know if we have CRM D365 enterprise edition on premise then do we need to purchase yammer enterprise separately?
