Hi Team,
When i try to create Email Activity and click on Insert template button available in Command bar. A Window get opened where i find Fieldname which is an option Set with 'TO; and 'Regarding' as option. I wanted to Shuffle those two such that Regarding will be as default option.
Presently 'To' is as Default option. But I wanted 'Regarding to be on the top of option Set
How can I achieve it.

As Andrew said, you can’t customize the dialog to change order of the Field name options.
However, if you don’t want to select option when you insert template to email, you can refer the following way:
When "Regarding" field and "To" field are both not be null, you need select option when you click "Insert template".
So i tried to only fill in the "Regarding" field and keep the "To" field empty and then click "Insert template", it skipped the step of "Select record" and the look up list will only show related templates of the "Regarding" field.
So you need to make sure that one of these two fields is empty if you don't want to select option for field name in the dialog, then you can fill the empty field after inserting template.
