Hi , I have two companies A and B having stores SA1 and SB1. For company A i have uploaded 10 customers. For Company B i have uploaded 20 customers. Now at m-pos store which is configured for SA1 i am able to see only 10 customers. Is there a way that i can see all the 30 (10 + 20) customers in all the stores without uploaded each and every customer in all the companies;.

I am using Ax 2012 R3 cu11.

    Hi Vikas,

It sounds a bit odd... One single store for two separate legal entities? Can you elaborate why you have multiple companies in this scenario?

I am having two stores one for each company.

But the requirement here is that for any of the store say Store 1 of Company A user should see all the customers from all the companies in Mpos

I just need to know if there is any configuration which suffices this requirement.

    Hi Vikas,

Now I understand the requirement. There is no option to do this, only by having all the customers available in both companies.

    Hi Vikas,

There is an option to search through the real-Time-service customer that are not allocated in the store.
Check the link below if the process meets your demand:

Enable Lookup and search customer through real-time-service

    I Hope this Helps!

    Regards,

    Rodolfo Recalde.
