Cube deployment issue in AX2012

Hi ,
 
I was trying to deploy GeneralJournalCube from AX , the cube is already there in SSAS but few attributes where not showing . In the cube field properties "Anaylsis Usage" was None I changed it to Attribute and deployed and process the cube still it is not showing these attributes in SSAS . Could someone help to find what would be the possible reason for this .
