Hello one of the users mentioned he noticed some Orders still show as Open, even if all items have been Invoice, so not sure if there is an issue or what triggers the Order to get closed.
Hello just in case someone else gets the same issue, I just figured it out, the person who transferred to invoice did not check include totals and deposits.
so I just added a line with 0 value, and transferred again to invoice.
