    Hi,
You can refer to this old thread where users are having the same problem as you: Solved: Work type- Put Location is blank in work, when release to warehouse is actioned (dynamics.com).
Kindly check the Location directive for the Put Work type in the query. Try to select the criteria from the dropdown (Baydoor).

if you have defined for Put work type, location profile Id as Baydoor. You need to map same in Warehouse management parameters> Location types >Final shopping location type = Baydoor. Similarly if put work type location defined as Staging or Packing. You need to add them in warehouse management parameters.

    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Kelvin,

Thanks for the response, i have already gone through the provided link before making this post. The provided solution is for put location, where'as in my case it's pick location.

Like Siv said in post before, you can add an acceptance to validate that Location Directive.  Or you can click on <Preview> at the bottom of that Location Directive Action query and filter on your item to validate.

My feeling is that you have the item available for reservation, just not in a Floor Location Profile.
