hello everybody,
it is possible to refresh page in dynamics CRM without using javascript? if yes please tell me how .

Unfortunately it is not possible to refresh without the inclusion of some sort of Javascript code.
Since a browser refresh is client-side, the only option is to utilize client-side code (ie. Javascript).
Plugins and other CRM customizations are server-side and thus cannot be used.

Agreed with Matt ,without UI action or JS you can not refresh page. Can you please give some details , why you dont want to go with with JavaScript?
I think you can do manually Key press CTRL+F5 or F5 to refresh page if you dont want to refresh using JS.
If you are already on Unified Interface (Online), there is a refresh button in forms and views.
As you mention Sales, you can probably do this with Service Hub.
Unified Interface becomes mandatory end of September 2020.

Hi @Goutam we are in a project and this project is no code project (opinion from customer) .we have a flow that make update in a lead field and then there is a workflow who test the value from this field.the problem that we need to refresh the field value automatic and without Javascript before we test his value.
