Portal missing after Marketing update

Hi,

My client needed an update to the July '21 release of Marketing about a week ago so I helped run it for them. Everything seemed to go just fine and I got the upgrade page where it had the environment set and portal and everything but I just discovered this morning that none of the URLs work for landing pages and creating a new landing page doesn't set the URL. I also discovered that the Portal is nowhere to be found on admin.powerplatform.com. Thankfully this is only their Sandbox environment and they haven't gone live yet but it's going to create some additional work if it can't be recovered. Has anyone run into this before? I've got a Microsoft ticket sent in but just troubleshooting for ideas in the meantime:

    Hi Esteban,

    Yes unfortunately the user I have is a power platform admin and I can see the Portal for Production so it seems like the one for Sandbox has been overwritten somehow. When I try to create a new landing page with content, the Full URL is blank. I have reached out to support.

    Hope you are doing great!

    Do you have Global tenant admin role? If not please check with one for additional roles could be a delay.

    Do you have the portal URL? If you can't paste it, best approach will be to work with support.
