Customer Voice connector Bad Gateway issues over the past week

Hi there,

We have been having issues with Power Automate recently where when we try to send surveys in a flow, we are getting bad gateway issues. This causes the flow to keep retrying and then the survey never gets sent out. 

Just wondering has this has been happening to anyone else lately?

Also is there a place (similar to power platform admin centre or health centre) where we can check any connection issues or health of the service?

Any information would be really appreciated.
