I am new to Dynamics so will wait for our consultant, but we will try that first. I will reply if we find the solution. Thank you!
We have also done several of these updates with no issues. I have seen this before when the reports dictionary is corrupt. Did you update the reports? Can you try exporting all reports to a package file and then delete REPORTS.DIC and then import those reports to create a fresh REPORTS.DIC?
I just did the update over the weekend and everyone in my office is having this issue in purchasing and financial modules across multiple companies. When we try to post Dynamics encounters an error and is forced to close.

I've upgrade a few clients now to the 18.3.1200 build and none has reported any posting issues so far.
What module is this happening in?
